Enquiry privacy

Enquiry details are stored in this site's database so Terence can respond and record follow-up conversations. Access is restricted to authorised lead managers and administrators.

A notification includes a short enquiry summary and a link to the private record. Lab notifications are sent through Cloudflare Email Sending from an onboarded address on this site's domain; delivery to the inbox is not guaranteed by a successful send.

Submission limits use a keyed identifier derived from your IP address. Enquiries are not automatically deleted; an administrator can delete a record and its notes. Backups may retain earlier copies.

Lab draft: before public launch, confirm the business contact for privacy requests, retention and backup periods, hosting details, and the production notification recipient.
